What you will need:
We will go over this in detail in our first session, but I do recommend purchasing a new journal for this immersion to create your own specialised manual to go back to over and over again.
As for props, you do not need anything beyond what you can find in your home.
However, if you are in a position to invest, I recommend 2x cork yoga blocks and this bolster. I personally enjoy practicing on a sheepskin, but you could also lay a blanket over your yoga mat.
Beyond that, I encourage you to invest your time. I know we are all too busy, but during this immersion try to commit to five minutes of practice everyday, even when you don’t want to. If it’s not possible, it’s totally okay! Don’t worry about it. Any amount of time we can make for this practice, and for ourselves, builds. Remember that the problem is never losing our discipline or ‘falling off’ — this will always happen. The magic is in coming back. That’s where the real change happens.
