There are vast and varied lineages of philosophy, mythology and tradition that teach us how to value our conscious existence. Much of this is based on the concept of harmony between divergent forces: physically, mentally and spiritually.
Harmony is not a fixed point to 'achieve', but a living dynamic that is constantly evolving.
To invite harmony into our modern lifestyles, we need to first slow down, and find our foundation. We cultivate balance between steadiness (sthira) and a sweet ease (sukha). From here we can rediscover flow: the state of embodied being where our inner and outer worlds feel most aligned.
Our intention is to help you cultivate your roots; to find centre, enhance your balance, and allow for flow. It's about exploring possibilities, on and off the mat.
