For curious students & yoga teachers

Awaba Retreat Centre

29 Nov – 1st Dec, 2019

Put quite simply, there is an urgent demand for Restorative Yoga and its happening right now.

The need to slow down, to soften, to rest, can no longer be considered a luxury.

It is a necessity.

After many requests, I have finally chosen a format and a date to offer a deep exploration into the practice of Restorative Yoga and how to best share it with your students, family and clients.

On this Restorative Yoga Teaching Immersion, you will develop a very close relationship with Restorative Yoga and leave with the tools, confidence and lived experience to share this powerfully healing practice with ease.

This Immersion will include:

Asana to prepare the body for relaxation

Restorative Yoga practice

Restorative Asana breakdowns

Teaching Restorative Yoga with limited props

The Nervous System and Restorative Yoga

How to sequence a Restorative Class

How to teach Restorative Yoga in a private setting

This immersion comes from my intense study into Restorative Yoga with Roger Cole, Judith and Lizzie Lasater, as well as my experience over the last few years teaching multiple open restorative classes per week, as well as privates, workshops and online courses.

This is work that I live and breathe every day. I cannot wait to share it with you.
