Thankfully, the yoga practice offers us many techniques to better deal with and react to this stress.
What is the Relaxation Response and how to set up conditions to activate this natural, inborn physiological state that heals and rejuvenates the body
How to lean into and feel discomfort (physical and emotional) while maintaining ease and steadiness through the practice of yin yoga
The art of yogic sleep (yoga nidra) for deep relaxation
Journaling and free form writin
Simple meditation and breath techniques that can be done anytime, anywhere
This course is perfect for you if:
