Club Rest is your monthly check in. It’s your monthly motivation to do less. To receive. To soften. To peel back the layers of stress, anxiety and overwork. To learn how to let the world move towards you. To let go of the constant chasing and running and validating yourself through how exhausted you are.
Club Rest is an intelligent combination of Restorative & Yin Yoga, Journaling and Deep Relaxation contemplations. We use the physical body to positively influence the nervous system, learn how to let go of accumulated stress and tension and transcend into a subconscious state.
Each month, we take a different theme in for exploration. Essential oils are diffused and herbal teas hand blended by Emmie are served to support each months focus. Club Rest is a subtle practice that reveals itself over time, and its recommended to come back each month to build on what you have uncovered and experienced.
Club Rest is for everyone. You won’t find anything else like it. It’s for the tired and the ambitious. It’s for the parents and the entrepreneurs. It’s for the person who feels stuck, frustrated or overwhelmed. You’ll float out the door.
Club Rest May
Human Beings are inherently creative beings. Our purpose on the planet is to create, in some form or another. Creativity can be expressed not only through artistic pursuits but the way you work, cook, raise a family or move through life. The feeling of ‘flowing’ through life is experienced by a person living in and with the flow of their natural creative nature.
When the nervous system is overloaded, it blocks off access to what isn’t needed for immediate survival. Along with intuition and hormonal health, creativity is pushed to the side. This can result in feeling stuck, frustrated, like the world is working against you, or being unable to see or experience beauty and joy.
